At the time, I had an approval letter from a not-so-great-at-all lender and found the house that I wanted. I already had my approval letter with the not-so-great-at-all lender so I went under contract for said house. That's when the lender refused to reach out to me for 2 weeks... that's when I found out they could no longer process my loan. I immediately started looking for another lender/broker and by a stroke of luck was put into contact with Mike from Premier Mortgage. I explained to him my complex and timely situation and he was completely transparent with me. Him and Leslie made the entire situation easy to understand. They walked me through every step like I was their child and moved so quickly. I had a new approval letter before I knew it. Michael is so very resourceful and knows how to get the job done.
